new joint venture company, PT. Shinagawa Refratech Perkasa (“SRP”), in Indonesia with PT.
Refratech MandalaPerkasa (“RMP”), a respected local refractory manufacturer
In the Indonesian market, we are Shinagawa & RMP has been engaged in production and sales activities mainly for monolithic refractories, services & installation.
With the goal of further expanding our business by exploring new opportunities, Shinagawa has decided to establish a new joint venture company by integrating SRI’s refractory business and RMP’s refractory business. The joint venture will allow us to provide customers with manufacturing and installation services at competitive prices, a total refractories solution, and is expected to complement both SRI & RMP business.
